Google Chrome 16.0.912.21 has been released to the Dev channel

Dev Channel Update (November 1, 2011)
Google Chrome Dev channel has been updated to 16.0.912.21 for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X and Chrome Frame platforms. This release fixes some known stability issues that affected users in previous version.
